Try this: step outside and feel your bare feet on the Earth, or simply place your hand on your belly and take a deep, conscious breath. Let your body know: you’re safe here.
Energy Shielding
Yes, it’s a thing. And yes, it works.
Try visualising a bubble or shield of bright white light around you — a protective field that only allows love in and keeps the rest out. You can also cleanse your aura with smudging (ethically sourced palo santo, or incense), or with water (the ocean, a shower, even a bowl of saltwater with intention).
This isn’t just woo. It’s energetic hygiene.
Crystals
Not just pretty things to sit on your altar. Crystals can be powerful allies in energy protection.
Black tourmaline, obsidian, and smoky quartz are my ride-or-dies for keeping dense energy out. And my absolute fave? Tigers eye — especially when paired with clear quartz to amplify it. Keep them in your pocket, wear them, or meditate with them.
