You’re Not Lazy - You’re Tired Because You’re Living In A World That Wasn’t Built For You..
Have you ever noticed how guilty you feel when you rest?
How easy it is to spiral into thoughts like “I should be doing more,” “I’m falling behind,” or “Why can’t I just get it together?”
I’ve been there. In fact, I’ve been there this week. It’s Thursday, and I’ve only posted twice, haven’t sent any emails out and haven’t filmed any content even though my brain is telling me I “should”.
I had big intentions, but my body had other plans. And instead of forcing my way through it, I’ve had to sit with it. Feel it. Listen.
Here’s what I’ve remembered, and maybe you need this reminder too:
We weren’t designed to run like machines.
This world, this system, this constant push for productivity… it wasn’t built for the feminine. It was built on 24-hour cycles, constant output, and a linear model of success. But as women, we don’t move in straight lines. We move in cycles.
Our bodies hold wisdom. Intuition. Rhythm. And when we override that with constant doing, we don’t just get tired—we disconnect from ourselves.
Rest isn’t weakness. It’s your body speaking.
Because the truth is…
You were never meant to keep up with a world that’s disconnected from soul, from rhythm, from what’s real.
This system doesn’t honour softness.
It doesn’t honour slowness.
It doesn’t honour you.
You don’t need to do more to prove your worth.
You don’t need to push just to keep up.
You get to choose a different way.
A way that honours your body.
Your seasons. Your truth.
A way that feels more human.
More sacred.
And I know I’m not the only one craving that.
If this speaks to you —
If you’re craving slowness, connection, and a more intentional way of living…
Something is coming.
A space that honours your softness.
That invites you to remember what really matters.
